PS2 Slim Haha

I think i's hilarious that the slim PS2 is about as small as a PSP, but its graphics still compare to the Xbox. Does anyone know how this is so? Could a PSP2 be more powerful than the PS2? And when do you guys think the Slim PS3 will be released?

Well the slim was realeased when the PS2 was in there final run ( Almost dead with PS3's release ) and they though of a way to make a little more money of the Sistem and they made it slim.It was like a year or two before the PS3 was going to be on the market.

Yes there will be a Slim PS3 but not till like 4 more years. PSP is already more powerfull then the PS2. Also How a Slim PS2 is as powerfull as an xbox... thats wrong its weaker... but its simple how they did it. after the years of it being out they were able to make parts smaller and what not...

i new it was weaker already, from wikipedia, they have everything about everything. The PS2 runs at almost 300 mhz, and the xbox at 600 something, but the graphics are virtually the same. As for the PSP, i heard that it was capable of reaching 333 mhz, but you have to change it yourself, and if you don't then it will be weaker than the PS2. study

WHO CARES ABOUT THE PLAYSTATION!?!?!

THE OPEN PANDORA WILL BE AS FAST AS THE XBOX

AND ITS A LITTLE BIGGER THAN THE DS LITE!!!!

It should be able to run Quake 3 and Firefox 3

So the PSP/2 and DS will look like McDonalds toys Compared to it

PSP can run PS1 games perfectly...

i just looked up the specs for the "Pandora" and found that it is not quite as fast as an xbox, the pandora at 600 MHz, the xbox at 733MHz, so not quite as fast, but looks cool. i'm not even thinking about getting it until a good 10 decent games come out for it.

psp can run at 333Mhz easly.... emulators let you do it and somee games run that. example god of war
